Here’s my New Year’s Resolution for this coming year!
- Exercise – after I quit smoking about a year ago I gained an enormous amount of weight…..about 40 pounds! (grabe no?) So I will do my best to do aerobic exercises at least 3 times a week to increase my metabolism and some weight lifting to build a little muscle.
- Decrease my sugar intake – I love root beer so I’ll try to moderate it to help my goal to lose weight and maintain it.
- Be more patient – I tend to lose my temper easily when things don’t go my way. So I’ll try to increase my patience specially to my to my love ones.
- Work Harder – No more P.E.T’s no more absences and increase my overtime. Let’s face it. We all need money.
- Save some for a rainy day – I’ll do my best to not spend any excess cash. I’ll try to save it and see how much I have after a year!
- Be more loving to my wife and son – A few more seconds of hugging them and extra kisses won’t hurt!
Wow! This year’s list is short compared to my old resolutions. Let’s see how many can I keep.
